Police Arrest Man, 25 Who killed His Best-man At His Wedding, Took His Car And N2m

A 25-year-man , Bashir Ibrahim has been arrested for allegedly killing his friend — who was his best-man at his wedding last year — in Tudun-Fulani area of the state.

According to the media report the suspect was arrested on April 19, alongside his brother , Aliyu Ibrahim, 22, and one Abdullahi Garba, 22.

The sad incident has been confirmed by police Spokesperson, DSP Wasiu Abiodun who noted , “On April 12 this year , the deceased, Hassan Shehu, 28, who was a businessman at Kure Market, Minna was invited to Tudun-fulani area of Bosso by the main suspect for a supposedly business deal.

Tragically, he was allegedly stabbed to death on arrival to the supposed venue , in an apartment by the suspect who later got away from the scene with the victims Peugeot 206 vehicle and about N2million insisde the vehicle.

He was, in any case, arrested on the nineteenth alongside his brother, Ibrahim. During cross examination, the suspects admitted to the crime expressing that they plotted with a 29-year-man, Suleiman Mahmud, who is at large . According to the report the deceased struggled with the said Suleiman while Aliyu stabbed the victim on the chest and was deserted till he bled to death.

A 22-year-old man , Abdullahi Garba, was similarly arrested for buying the victim’s mobile phone from Aliyu at the cost of N3k with a trade of another telephone
