Investigative journalist Isaac Nsiah Foster has been enstooled as Otumfuo Safiesohene Chief Linguist in a grand ceremony at Manhyia Palace, becoming the first from Manso Atwere to ascend the revered stool. The event drew traditional leaders and community members, highlighting his commitment to unity, development, and strengthening the chieftaincy institution in Abuakwa–Kegyase.

Investigative Broadcast Journalist Isaac Nsiah Foster is set to be enstooled as the Otumfuo Safiesohene Chief Linguist on December 5 at Abuakwa–Kegyase in Kumasi. The ceremony will also elevate several other traditional leaders, while highlighting Nsiah Foster’s long media career, investigative achievements, human rights work, and his cultural roots in Ashanti and Kwahu–Nkwatia.

A 48-year-old businesswoman, Madam Spendilove Afrakomah, has been installed as Bekwai’s Nsenie Hemaa under the stool name Nana Agyekuwaa Baadue IV. The colourful Akwasidae ceremony drew chiefs, elders, and the Asante Wo Dom Union, as she pledged to unite women and promote development in the Ashanti Region.
