A young and benevolent Chief Executive Officer , CEO who has been identified as Alfred Selorm Betepe has shared pictures of the hostel constructed for his employees on his Facebook page and has revealed that the company needs to make life simpler and without cost for employees.
Mr Selorm, stated that the reason behind his determination was to build the hostel for his employees at Seloart to bring down the costs of transportation and furthermore reduce long commutting hours for his workers, lessening pressure and furthermore facilitating productivity.
In a post on facebook, Alfred Selorm Betepe ,the team lead ,founder /head of Research , Technology and development at SELOART stated, “For this year I am celebrating my colleagues at Seloart, this is my gift to them. This is a 30-bed workers hostel, completely furnished with power and water supply for field workers and factory hands free of charge.
The move is to reduce the expense of transportation for workers .”
“Transportation is every worker’s nightmare . It is only 5 minutes walk to the factory. Furthermore, it saves them from all the pressure, some colleagues drive just about 4 to 5 hours to work day to day and it was influencing efficiency negatively. We are finishing up ahead of the commissioning by the end of this month.”,he noted
