Hammer lists out Ghana’s musicians who make “SAKAWA MONEY”

adminBy adminMarch 13, 2021

The Chief Executive Officer of Hammer Productions and Host of Hammer Time on Kumasi-based Pure FM Hammer Kofi Nti has allegedly hinted that most of the Ghanaian Rappers engage in scamming and fraudulent acts to enrich themselves.

He stressed that the wealth they flaunt around at the least opportunity were gotten through these illegal activities.

Mr Hammer Kofi Nti further alleged that these so-called Ghanaian rappers with their ill-gotten wealth usually showcased properties acquired to portray to Ghanaians as though they are into a legitimate business.

Speaking on Kumasi-based Angel Fm’s Entertainment Show hosted by Ike De Unpreditable, Mr Hammer noted that “though some rappers in Ghana make genuine money through their music, the music alone cannot make them gain all their wealth they display”.

He hinted that “Some Rappers engage in scamming and fraud themselves while others have teams who do it and transfer the money into their accounts for them to get their share”.

Ike, some of them are career rappers, so this makes Ghanaians get confused about their wealth, but secretly they are into scamming in addition to music. If today your Producer Nana Wiser is driving a Range Rover, won’t it be strange if you compare his salary to the car he is driving?” Hammer Nti challenged.

Hammer Nti further argued that “a barber at Bantama who is a scammer cannot receive some amount of his/her bank account that person will use the rapper’s bank details to receive the money then later they share among themselves”.
