Based in Kumasi, Ghana’s second-largest city, Ghanaian Watch is published under the supervision of Green Wealth Media and Business Communication. Our editorial operations focus on generating substantive content across key beats, including:
Governance & Politics:  Providing analysis and investigative reports on policy, accountability, and democratic processes.
Human Rights & Social Affairs: Reporting on issues of gender equality, women’s empowerment, social justice, and human rights.
Health, Environment & Development: Investigating critical topics related to public health, environmental sustainability, and economic development.
Business, Finance & Technology:  Covering trends and developments shaping Ghana’s economy and technological landscape.
Education & Culture:  Reporting on advancements in education, the arts, and the cultural fabric of the nation.

Our Audience

Our readership includes decision-makers and influencers at local, national, and international levels. We engage a diverse audience comprising government officials, policy makers, civil servants, professionals, civil society organizations, and activists. These readers rely on Ghanaian Watch for accurate information and analysis to inform policy formulation, program implementation, and effective governance. We also prioritize engaging young Ghanaian citizens who are following national trends, seeking opportunities, and are invested in the country’s future.

Our Editorial Values

Our work is guided by a commitment to transparency, accuracy, and accountability. We are dedicated to ethical journalism, striving to report without fear or favor, and to hold power to account. We believe in fostering an informed citizenry as the foundation for a thriving democracy and a just society. We welcome feedback and inquiries about our editorial process and our work.

Our Mission

To empower Ghanaian citizens with the information and analysis they need to participate fully in national life. Through rigorous, independent, and brave journalism, we aim to illuminate the truth on critical issues—from health and governance to human rights and development—thereby contributing to a more informed, engaged, and equitable society.
