Government Gives Another Deadline for tendering of bonds by bondholders

The Government has given this coming Friday at 4:00pm GMT as another dealine  for certain bondholders who are confronting challenges on online portals tendering in their bonds to do so by the given deadline .

It, however, noted that the grace period doesn’t affect the schedule for the Domestic Debt Exchange Program (DDEP).

In a statement issued by the Finance Minister Ken Ofori Atta, it stressed that the announcement date for the settlement of the DDE has been rescheduled to Tuesday February 14 rather than the first date of 13.

It expressed that the government offers thanks to bondholders who have tended in their bonds.

“All eligible Bondholders who couldn’t complete the process ought to visit the website of the Central Securities Depository (www.csd.com.gh/dde) to complete the process,” the statement further stated
