adminBy adminJanuary 30, 2023

The Education Ministry has advised parents and guardians of prospective Senior High School students against paying money as the school placement commences .

In a press statement dated January 28, the Ministry indicated that the placement cycle is simply on merit and in this manner no other consideration is done at all.

“Prospective Senior High School students, parents/guardians and the overall population are thus advised against any type of payment to deceitful people, proposing to get their favored choices of school during the 2023 computerised School placement into Senior High/TVET Schools.”

The Ministry assured the general population of a straightforward, impartial, and merit-based placement process.

This comes after The Media delivered a trailer for its new documentary ‘School Placement for sale’.
