Black Sherif Rejects GH97,000 Offer For UK Show; Allegedly Demands GH489,000 As An Alternative

adminBy adminJuly 21, 2022

Snippets of information reaching us indicate Black Sherif was reportedly scheduled to perform at the Ghana Party in the Park in London but failed to turn up for the show .

It has been alleged that Black Sherif who’s in the UK failed to turn to perform at the London show because his crew demanded almost 1/2 1,000,000 Ghana Cedis from the organizers.

“As part of the VGMA ‘Best New Artiste of the Year’ package deal, the Ghanaian trap big star was purported to perform on the #GhanaPartyInThePark. Unfortunately, that couldn’t occur because the timing wasn’t favorable for Blacko’s group,” VGMAs PRO, Robert Klah, stated.

Meanwhile, a close source revealed that Black Sherif was no longer able to carry out on the live performance because his crew was demanding a massive sum of an quantity that the event organizers failed to agree to.

“According to an anonymous source a member of the Akwaaba UK group, the group proposed an amount of £10,000 (GHS 97,786) as Black Sherif’s performance fee for the Ghana Party in the Park event. However, Blacko’s crew was demanding £50,000 (GHS 489,387),”

The allegation has since sparked a debate on social media. “Blacko Sherif’s managers are gon wreck his profession very soon. Charging £50,000 (GHC489K) for a display cos of 3 hit songs may be very very absurd. He’s not well worth it. He’s gon beg to be paid GHC20K when the reputation dies. Ask folks that started,” Bongo Ideas tweeted.
