The Accra Gbese District Court, presided over by Her Worship Akosua Appiah Anaafi Gyasi, has once again remanded Ibrahim Kayaba, a 31-year-old Togolese farmer identified as West Africa’s most wanted criminal, into police custody for three weeks.
