The Ashanti regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party, NPP, Mr Bernard Antwi Boasiako otherwise known as Wontumi has assured residents in the region that the next NPP Government which is yet to be inaugurated on the 7th January next year would provide massive developmental projects for them .
According to him road inter- changes which were already earmarked within Kumasi enclave would be constructed in the various planned locations.
Mr Bernard Antwi Boasiako made this assurance when he met NPP supporters in Kumasi to show appreciation of the leadership of NPP in the region to the party supporters and the entire people in the region for voting to retain President Akuffo Addo and NPP in power. He stressed that President Akuffo Addo in his first four year term provided the people in the region their fare share of the nation’s cake and was of the belief that he would continue to increase development in the region
Mr Bernard Antwi Boasiako further assured the people in the region that Nyinahini Bauxite would be mined to provide jobs for the teeming unemployed youth in the region .
Per his calculation of the 2020 elections results in the region, the NPP’s electoral Victory was accentuated and guaranteed by 72 per cent age margin of the votes cast which was supplied by the people in the region.
He , therefore, thanked the people in the region for voting massively for NPP to retain power.
