Your October 27 Lecture Is A Polical Talk – Afenyo Markin Lashes Out At John Mahama

Effutu Member of Parliament , Alexander Afenyo Markin has described Former President John Dramani Mahama’s October. 27 talk as opportunistic .

He noted that the Former President was looking to extend himself as somebody who can be a choice to be in charge of government yet unequivocally said “he is certainly not another option”

In an interview with Accra-based Citi TV , Afenyo Markin made sense of that Mahama during his tenure was likewise faced with various lesser challenges contrasted with what the NPP government was confronting with yet ‘choked’

He expressed that NPP has a history of being good managers of the economy anyway it was lamentable to be hit by outside shocks whenever it was in government .

The Effutu MP said Mahama can keep offering political statement to influence Ghanaians yet proposed that the former President and the NDC have not Judiciously dealt with the economy whenever they had the valuable chance to do as such.

“He isn’t settling on these decisions sincerely .He is settling on these decisions in a sharp setting like he is another option .Yet I need to highlight the point and clarify that he is definitely not another option.

“My explanation ? He was there . At the point when he confronted difficulties , how could he respond to them ? How could he answered Ghanaians ? Not in a heightening circumstance as we get ourselves today

“Perhaps may be I will say that NPP , whenever we get the chance to come into government we truly do so well yet frequently get outside shocks hitting us hard ,” Afenyo Markin said

“He is offering political statement .How about we pass on him to his assertion .We are in political contest .so anything to say to influence the minds of Ghanaians would be what he will endeavor to do. Yet, we should likewise confront reality and let him and his party in on that they confronted lesser difficulties yet they were suffocated , he added

Former President John Dramani Mahama’s October 27 talk titled “Building The Ghana We Want “featured the financial difficulties going up against the country while proffering some solutions .

He requested that the government lessen its size of Ministers as well as merging various government agencies in the midst of right economic conditions .
