This Is How  Kwame Nkrumah Consulted ‘Spirits ‘ At Night Along Sea Shores -Bodyguard

A former bodyguard of Ghana’s most memorable president, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, has disclosed the days when he would go with his Boss to the beach in the deep of the night .

During those outings , Christian Blukoo narrated the former president would engage in a few spiritual demonstrations.

Continuously distracted with how to protect the president, the former bodyguard made sense of that and so he and other dependable guards at the Christiansborg Castle (Osu Castle ) – the seat of government at the time-would be dutied to follow him.

“After I was effective, I was sent off Castle and afterward they affirmed me as a bodyguard to Nkrumah, and afterward they put me in security in light of the fact that Nkrumah on occasion went out around evening time. At the point when he was going, the people who were brilliant at the Castle needed to follow him since bodyguard won’t be in that frame of mind around evening time,” he said.

Christian Blukoo made sense of that further in an interview with JoyNews that despite the fact that he would never talk about these things in the past because of the oath of secrecy, he feels more secure now to discuss them. He portrayed how on a portion of those days, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah would spend time on the beach behind the Independence Square, supplicating and participating in other spiritual activities.

“They use it call it secrecy however presently, I’m allowed to talk. Now and again, he used to go to the seaside at the Black Star Square to consult the spiritual (sic) and as we do here by imploring, he likewise used to do that: he’ll go to the coastline and pray. There were certain other things that he would do,” he described.

The former bodyguard of the president likewise shared a few profound details of a portion of the security tasks he and others undertook for Kwame Nkrumah.
