There’s no sense in your threat” ……John Boadu blasts Martin Amidu

adminBy adminNovember 21, 2020

By Alex Ababio

The General Secretary of New Patriotic Party , NPP, Mr John Boadu has dared Mr Martin Lamisi Burnes Kaiser Amidu , the former Special Prosecutor to give out his so called damning information about presidency which according to the latter will be “unpalatable” if he is pushed by the communicators of the ruling Government.

Mr John Boadu challenged Mr Martin Amidu when he was on the Peace Fm Flagship program Kokrokoo this morning.

He maintained that Mr Martin Amidu had nothing new incriminating to say , stating that there was no sense in the threat he issued .

“What is the sense in it, if Truly someone had stolen money and you failed to prosecute that person for all these two years whiles you were in office as Independent Special Prosecutor. And now you say we should dare you, before you bring the case out. Of what benefit will the nation derive from it , if indeed we dare you now .

“Let no one fear that if he is dared something incriminating will be exposed to the public domain by him. Even he has brought out private one on one conversation he had with the President on 1st November”

“We will take it as matters arising .It’s waste of time ,waste of public purse , he has nothing new to say ,” he fumed

According to Mr John Boadu on the same day of 1st November Mr. Martin Amidu accepted the request from the President for the Finance Ministry to put in their response to his premilinary compliance audit ,but later he sent his resignation letter to the President .

Mr John Boadu accused Mr Martin Lamisi Burnes Kaiser Amidu of being incompetent who was not able to manage a new organization.

” You know everyone of us has their competence level. There are some people who will be able to effectively manage an already established organization. On the other hand , there are others who do not have competency to establish new organization , Martin is not competent in that direction.”
