The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has arrested 320 people in the Ashanti Region after uncovering a fake recruitment and human trafficking syndicate operating under the guise of QNET. Officials say 295 victims were rescued, while 25 suspects were detained. QNET’s compliance team commended EOCO for the breakthrough and pledged continued collaboration to stop fraudsters misusing the company’s name.
